The Elizabeth City-Pasquotank County Parks and Recreation annual Christmas parade,  "Holiday Magic", kicks off at 5:30 pm on Westfield Sreet and will travel east along Ehringhaus Street, north onto Road Street, east along Main Street and conclude at Waterfront Park.
