Downtown Holiday Celebration & Grand Illumination
Kick off the holiday season in Elizabeth City at the Downtown  Holiday Celebration and Grand Illumination on Thursday, November 28, 2025, at the Pasquotank County Courthouse, 260 Main Street.  The event begins at 6 pm.

Enjoy the lighting ceremony, followed by the official start of the 5th annual Hot Cocoa Crawl, featuring free hot cocoa, caroling, and festive activities. Stroll the streets, soak in the holiday cheer, and make unforgettable memories!
