The Elizabeth City Rowing Club is a youth team (11-18) trained in single, double, and quad sculling boats along with 4's and 8's.  They compete throughout the season at "Bugsy Beach" located near TCOM.  River City Rowing Club also offers adult summer sessions and learn to row camps for youth.
